Refund Policy

Digital products — no refunds
‍All our products are digital downloads delivered immediately after purchase. Because you receive access to the files instantly, we cannot offer refunds once a purchase is complete.This is standard practice for digital goods.

‍Exceptions we will make
‍We will issue a full refund if:
You were charged twice for the same order
You never received your download link (and we cannot fix it within 48 hours)
The files were corrupted or unusable and we cannot provide working replacements

‍How to request a refund
‍Email hello@mysterydinner.party with your order number and a description of the issue. We respond within 2 business days.

‍Wrong purchase?
‍If you bought the wrong mystery (wrong player count, wrong theme), we won't refund it — but email us and we'll try to help you find the right one.
