Pick Your Mystery

Browse our collection of 50+ mysteries across 17 themes - from Art Deco Jazz to Cyberpunk Tech, Bollywood Glamour to Gothic Horror. Each mystery is designed for a specific player count and difficulty level, so use our filters to find the right fit for your group.
Not sure where to start? Here are a few things to consider:

• Group size: Our mysteries range from 5 to 20 players. Check the player count on each mystery to make sure it matches your guest list.
• Difficulty: Easy mysteries are great for first-timers and casual groups. Hard mysteries have deeper plot twists and more complex clues — perfect for experienced players who want a challenge.
• Theme: Pick something your group will get excited about. Hosting a Halloween party? Go with Gothic Horror. Planning a glamorous evening? Try Art Deco Jazz or High Society.

Print & Prep

2 weeks before:
Send invitations to your guests. Each mystery includes a printable invitation template. Let them know the theme and encourage costumes - it makes everything better.

1 week before:
Assign characters to your guests. Your Host Guide has a casting guide that tells you which characters suit outgoing guests, quiet guests, and first-timers. Send each guest their character sheet privately - no peeking allowed.

Day of:
‍Print the remaining materials (name tags, accusation forms, clue cards). Set up your space with theme-appropriate decorations, queue up a playlist, and lay out food and drinks before guests arrive.

Finger food works best - your guests need their hands free for clue cards and dramatic accusations.

Run the Mystery

Arrival (15 min):
Welcome your guests, hand out character packets, and give everyone time to read their materials over drinks.

Round 1 - Alibis (20 min):
Read the announcement script aloud (or play the audio narration). Each player introduces their character and shares where they were at the time of the murder.

Round 2 - Investigation (30 min):
Players mingle freely, share clues, form alliances, and interrogate each other. This is where the real fun happens.

Round 3 - Accusations (15 min):
Hand out accusation forms. Everyone writes down who they think the killer is, and why.

The Reveal:
Open the sealed Solution Booklet and read the reveal script (or play the audio). Watch the room erupt.

The killer doesn't know they're the killer - that's what makes our mysteries different. Everyone plays, everyone suspects, everyone is surprised.
